Jo Moriyama (“we”) handles personal information received through shoot requests, photo session registrations and inquiries as follows.

1. Information we collect

Through the contact form, our official LINE account and shoot bookings, we receive your name, email address, phone number and the content of your inquiry. For the shoot itself, we may ask about the mood you'd like, how you are feeling on the day, and your requests for outfits and hair & makeup — only as far as needed for the shoot.

2. Purposes of use

• Replying to inquiries and discussing shoot dates and details
• Preparing for the shoot, guidance on the day, and delivering images
• Communication about invoices and payments
• Information about photo sessions, retreats and other events we host (only for those who request it)

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide your information to third parties without your consent, except when disclosure is required by law.

4. Outsourcing

To carry out shoots, we may outsource hair & makeup, styling, studio and location arrangements, and payment or booking services. We share only the information needed for the task and make the necessary agreements on its handling.

5. Handling of image data

We store the image data and delete it progressively starting 30 days after delivery. For how we handle photos featured as our work, see Use of Photographs.

6. Analytics

This site uses analytics to understand how it is viewed. We collect information such as pages viewed and device type, which does not identify individuals.

7. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

If you would like us to disclose, correct or delete information we hold, please contact us at the address below. We will respond after confirming your identity.
